New client forms
Please complete the new client forms prior to your first visit. This will save approximately 15-20 minutes, and allow you to complete the documents in the comfort of your own home.
Consultation
During the initial health consultation, you can share what you desire from your life and what you believe is preventing you from making this a reality. This consultation assesses your current well-being and then communicates your definition of a life without limitations.
Examination
At the conclusion of the initial health consultation, we will perform a complete and comprehensive manual spinal and postural examination, and then perform a computerized spinal examination with our Insight Technology.
The INSiGHT™ "Subluxation Station"
The INSiGHT™ provides you with a comprehensive picture of your patient’s neurospinal health with the COREscore.
When used together, these chiropractic instruments can detect hidden patterns of stress and tension, shedding light on internal changes in the body. By establishing a baseline and identifying potential problem areas, the INSiGHT™ technologies help chiropractors determine the most effective path when caring for each patient.
High-Frequency Digital X-rays
After your Examination, we will take a complete Cervical (Neck) X-ray series. The NUCCA protocol requires the most precise set of X-rays in all of Chiropractic and medicine.

NUCCA and Upper Cervical spinal corrections depend upon precise mathematical calculations, physics, and biomechanics. Laser-aligned X-rays are a critical part of ensuring your spinal correction is accurate and successful. Every effort is made to keep X-ray exposure to a minimum, including the use of state-of-the-art High-Frequency Digital X-ray and various lead filters. The doctor will take X-rays from three different angles focusing on the skull, atlas, and spine. These x-rays determine the direction, rotation, and degree of spinal misalignment. This tool allows the doctor to determine how to properly balance your spine. The initial spinal pictures help the doctor determine precisely how to make the proper correction.
Objective Technology
Report of findings
You will be scheduled for your follow-up appointment within a few days of your initial visit, at which point we will discuss your results. You may invite anyone in your family to accompany you if you choose. Your results include a detailed analysis of our recommendations to solve your discomfort and misalignments, and what can be done in order to ensure that it won’t happen again. We consider your current lifestyle choices, goals for the future, and challenges that are standing in your way. Our recommendations are extremely comprehensive and have the chance to be the solution that you have been seeking.
Ongoing care
Our staff strives to keep waiting times to a minimum, so we ask that all patients be prompt for their appointments so we can stay on track. Your adjustments will be given by the doctor, then anything else done during that visit will depend on the doctor’s recommendations. Stretching, exercise instruction, or other advice, may be given as part of the doctor's plan for you.
