Hi, I’m Maddy!

I’m a Nutrition Therapist with a passion for supporting the whole person: body, mind, and soul.

I believe the body was designed not just to function well, but to thrive! My passion is to help people become the best version of themselves by giving them the tools they need to feel their best and build lifelong habits of health. I love to share information as well as bring simplicity into a space that can feel overwhelming, complicated, and sometimes even hopeless.

When I was very young, I was told by a conventional doctor that I would need to be on medication for life. That week, I saw a chiropractor, and after one adjustment was completely healed of my condition and no longer needed medication. That pattern continued in my life, as each time I had a health issue or injury I was given help and hope from chiropractors and other practitioners who worked in the holistic health world. Even from an early age, it wasn’t hard to draw the conclusion that the body is designed to function well, and healing will happen when root causes are addressed, rather than using a band-aid approach. It’s a joy to give people the same experience of being seen, heard, and supported in their health.

When I moved to Colorado, I was excited to continue my chiropractic care with Dr. Chavez, and even more excited to meet someone who understood the world and the human person like I did. Learning from Dr. Chavez brought me the clarity and conviction I needed to take the next step to pursue a life of serving others in the realm of holistic health and nutrition.

Qualifications

I have completed my certification as a Nutrition Therapy Master from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Arvada, Colorado. I am also a certified Prayer Minister from the Encounter School of Ministry in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Before pursuing a career in holistic health, I was a missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. Although I’ve lived in many places, I love that I get to call Colorado home!
